You do not need perfect measurements or a finished design. Tell us what bothers you most. Maybe the tub is worn, the tile is loose, or the kitchen layout feels tight. A few honest sentences are plenty.

If you have noticed small signs, such as a soft spot in the floor, a musty smell or stains near the pipes, mention them. They help the provider come prepared.

What happens after you send it

Your details go to an independent provider in our network who works in your area. The provider may reach out to talk through your plans and set a time to visit. At the visit, they can look closely at your home, including what older materials may be hiding.

After that, you should receive a written quote. It will vary by job, so read it carefully and ask questions.
